I don't think you can, they only coded it into the infantry, not tanks >_>

^hmm you mean in red alert 2, because you can make chrono tanks in it just In RA1 the chrono tank deployed then warped and could move around/attack
while making a chrono tank in ra2 you have to make it only be able to warp not deploy and it had to phase back in much like a chrono legionnaire
well at least any mods I have seen for red alert 2 with chrono tanks thats how thay worked
