the gunship thruster

the red arows point to un-needed duplicates and the black arow is one shape that should be duplicated to facilitate left and right side numbers.

I am taking the model and detaching each face and aligning it in a flat surface then taking a screen shot of it for my texture mat.

it's a time consuming process but saves a lot of headaches in the long run.

this makes the unwrapping process go verry fast since all you have to do is pick each face and move it to it's appropriate place on the texture mat.

WOW those look very nice... the textured 1 looks like a high-techy version of the GDI orca. I like it alot

I stole this medal from an administrater :rolleyes: ... and although im not supposed to do this, I give sgtmay this medal for exelence in modeling;

tail section and rudder are ready.....still lots of meshes left to flaten out.

came off my 4th of july vacation and I had to go right into mocking up the next house I am contracted to build(real house not 3D house)

here's some of the pics of the work in progress that I sent to my boss......the final renders will be printed out and submitted with the floor plans for the building permit.

final version of the house model.....project complete....not perfect but good enough for the building permit paperwork.

and I charged him an extra 30 bucks for the rework
