Unreal Tournament 2004 Ts Mod Converting TS to an unreal engine

I was dissapointed, mostly because the lack of AI, but also because the vehicles were all the same and the gameplay was bland.
This mod seems pretty ambitious.
I really hope this mod comes to a playable version (Hopefully stable, too )
Don't forget bot support!

but not totally outside the realms of possibilities.
As of late......the only C&C assult maps I have been able to find for ut2004 are played verry regularly.......they are close to if not the most popular maps on the assult server I am working with.
Those two maps only scratch the surface of what the unreal engine is capable of doing.
I'm sure by time this is all said and done.......I won't be alone in developing this mod........we will draw resources from eachother like we have always done in this community :thumb:
From what I have heard lately things are looking verry good for both the unreal community and the C&C community.
Epic/Atari has really impressed me with how they support and nurture their mapping/modding community.......it's my personal opinion that they have the best support of their modding/mapping/coding tools that I have ever seen
There is soo much that the ut community has already done that is just waiting for us to build off of and add that perfect flavor of C&C to..........these UT guys are all about sharing their experience.....not about denying access to it.

but umm seeing how ut2k7 is comeing out sune.. umm are you starying with 2k4?
please say yes o.o I may have high end computer but not that high... and im tried of buying a new computer... or gfx cards and ram... any ways.. yea it well stay for ut2k4 right? I was realy sad to hear some of the ut2k4 mods went to 2k7 and dint support it any more

I have been informed that the coding will be the same so anything I make in the U2X script can be made to work in U3X script with a little modification.
As far as a release date on the first map.....I dunno....I'm still working out the destroyable/captureable building details.
