hmm I think Nod is a bit further ahead in tech than GDI considering they have

stealth gens
Oblisks
effective laser weapons
stealth tanks

and so on whilst GDI manily focuses on conventional weapons

Nod has to be sneaky because in a direct one on one conflict they would get creamed.

Agreed. Nod is way much techier (=P), than GDI. But GDI is way much more resilient than Nod. One thing I just thought about:

- Comm will build bases right? Just lie C&C. What can be done to prevent early rushes from one team? This simply overkills all the fun in a RTS. Imagine 3 Hours long battle o.O

That would be neat!

I just the game to really make use of the words Real Time Strategy. Not create a CS with a commander.

And one last question. Why 3rd Person View? I mean, why not 1st person, it would be much better, in my opinion, of course.

1. Yes, if all players are very skilled. A commander that does not ancipate for an engineer rush deserves to be humiliated.
