Minor Bugs Rate Topic: -----

Some interesting observations I made:

- After the enemy nuked me, I wanted to build Nod helipads on the impact zone of the nuke, but I couldn't!
Instead I got some weird red square attached to the helipad preview graphics, which is weird, because I hadn't had any buildings there before the nuke.

- When GDI, I tried to capture a Hand of Nod, but it is impossible to do so.

- The Commando nearly kills himself with the "instant"-C4

- Flamethrowers (and flame tanks) have problems with shooting at something more than once, you need to move them further away to be able to attack again (but this was already mentioned, I think).

- The AI was once able to launch 2 nukes while I was still waiting for my first nuke to get ready.

- It is VERY hard to select a single flamethrower infantry.

- When firing, there are weird zig-zag-lines between the flames of a flame tank.

- The Obelisk's laser ray is white.

Thats everything I can think of right now, but I'll post more if I find anything else.

One Question:
Is Tiberium meant to regrow? Never seen that. There also are no Tiberium trees (Tiberium Riparius) yet... :0

well I have too problems

*AI doesn't do anything for some reason

*if there were new maps in the first release I can't seem to find them

first post on this forum so here goes. I found a few little flaws.

when a building is just being contructed like 2 % and you move the dozer away you can't build it furter because its underground!

AI build 12 harvesters, 2 reconbikes and 1 flametank in one mission :P

the a 10 bombers are way to powerful. In cnc dawn they could hardly finish a building now they finish in one bombardment 6 tanks, 2 turrets, 1 obeliks a few men and a repair facility. I had like 6 SAM's and they took one down after they bombed the place, also the second bombardement of a a 10 strike is overkill.

the ingame music doesn't always play, a shame really

-I don't know if I am imagining this but I have the feeling the flametank and obelisk have a habbit of not firering. oh and please put the charge up of the obeliks back in, it always made your opponents pee their pants.

I have played only two games and already I think this is the best cnc mod ever. I can't wait for the single player. keep up the good work guys :thumb: :thumb:

Right, I forgot that.
Sometimes after the end of one track, there's a huuuuuuuuuge pause of several minutes before the next track begins... by the way good work with the original soundtrack so far :)

EDIT:
Not a real bug, but due to language differences, it only says "missing file : bla bla" when pointing the cursor over units, buildings or Tiberium. The same thing applies for the faction's name in the skirmish screen.
(by the way I'm using the original uncut version of German Generals and the German version of Zero Hour, called "Die Stunde Null", which is a non-uncut version...)

@JThemen:

well first... the text is still too high although I pressed F9 and F9 is this Maximize, Minimize function that should not be in the game I meantioned..
And to the other problem I can't say if this would help because I can't reproduce it...
Maybe because I changed from altest Omega Driver to latest ATI official driver..?

@all:

by the way. I have found another bug, my 'H' button (to get home to the construction yard) did one game not work for me... all others it worked...

And then there is this problem, that the Scroll Arrows are always green, although you are already at the end of the side, this should get changed too...

well it seems slow to me and without the charging up sound you never know if it's attacking a unit

I don't know if this should go here but I found that units could gain vetrancy (hope I spelt that right) and some units could garrison buildings. I don’t think this should happen on the vanilla TFTW, should it :?

really ha ha
what map, what level, (hard easy medium ??) and what side

and remember people the AI will only work on TFTW maps such as bonsai in will not work on ZH maps also The AI will Work better on Some TFTW Maps Than others
