Just like to say, when my hands are free I'll be posting up useful code for all the SAGE mods in the Project Management Forum.
I'm also considering, setting up a new modding strategy along with a SAGE starter mod for C&C mods.
I honestly believe we've been starting our mods the wrong way around, should start from the base up, remove all Generals features, and create the C&C mod theme first, e.g., menus, terrain, props, music.
Depending how it goes, I'm going to prepare 'blank' mods for TFTW, most possibly RACD (since a lot of other things are the same), RoTD since you guys are just starting and need a boost and probably after the first release of TSR, if you guys are interested, the second build could be from the ground up ensuring the most possible professional Total Conversion.
Also, let me assert, don't worry about the engine getting old, frankly I think the C&C Generals SAGE engine is the best comprimise between modding flexibility and modding efficiency at the moment, other engines you may not be able to mod at all or is extremely complicated to mod (e.g., have to compile, edit asset entries, etc.).
Not only that, but if we were to move to new engines as often as we feel, we'd never get anything done.

@Waraddict
Sounds good.
@Deso and IHM
New ISP fixed my problems of not having cnc-source access.

Its nice to be back finally, there going to be a staff only forum or should we just use icq or something?
EDIT: I need the plasma cannon concept from the old forum, mind emailing to me or just stick it on an ftp server.
