Along time ago, I believe Aircraftkiller released a mod that did the following:

This mod added backpacks and other objects to characters such as the Chemical Trooper and the Flame Trooper, and other objects such as Havoc's commando bandanda, and a cigar for Mendoza.

Now, I have been trying to recreate this myself, but I have no idea how to do so. I have tried making a dummy weapon that displays the tanks as a back model, and other things.

So my question is,

A: Does anyone have the mod that does this?

B: Does anyone know how to do this?
