TSR currently going through a complete review, reassemesment and redesign its important for any project to do this every so often to ensure the project meets requirements of the end user.

Alots changed since Zero Hour now moving onto Kanes Wrath, currently doing a complete reassessment of the modification Tiberian Sun Rising comparing all old ideas and features, weighing them against new ones and making decisions accordingly.

Putting into place better project management procedures and developlement documents, to ensure smoother development cycle this version.

A project runs as smoothly as its plan, this redesign phase is quite critical to ensure this next development phase moves rapidly given the amount of graphical assets comlpeted we want to move through as swiftly and efficiently as possible productin high quality work and up to specs with the design document.

Also currently reassessnig and reorganising team members accordingly to ensure remainig work is completed in a timely manner, assessing current team weakness's and sourcing new team members to fill ranks in these areas.

Texture Artists are of high importance, and could speed up production if we can get one or two onboard dedicated to solely texturing 3d models.
