When your texturing it, make sure they look different. Allies would use mainly metal, from looking at there buildings, whereas soviet use brick, so for soviet it would more than likely be built into the wall, and allies would be mounted onto the wall.

A brick PCT...? Nah!

Just use rusty metal, whilst Allied use brushed metal.

No, not a brick PCT, build it into the wall, so like you only see the screens and rusty metal edges, the one you posted before looked like it would be mounted on the wall, which doesnt seem right for soviets.

I sounds a bit like a good idea IHM, but on the other hand I think I might give the allies an advatge of being able to hide behind their PCTs where soviet can not, so on the other hand I don't think it looks so good, of cause you could compensate for this by giving soviet other hiding possibilities.

Right now, in the Allied PP due to all the angles they are mounted on the walls. If the soviets don't have so many 'difficult' angles they can be built into the wall like the first pictures.

Erm, how would they hide behind it, its not like it sticks out for a mile, its like an inch off the wall, its about as much cover as standing behind a fence post.

Sigh >_> Well, it will look stupid if soviets use exactly the same design from a different metal, make it at least look a bit different, the one you made it all smooth and stuff, not very soviet.

True, although it will add polys and will be more confusing for the map makers. It will be more of a stress since it will have to call new design and new textures per PCT.

The supports at the back of the PCT's in the Allied PP are with the building only, originally, the PCT doesn't come with that, I just added it so it didn't seem like it was floating.

We already have different MCT's per building... Different PCT's was an idea but will take more time, since they're have to have no similarities what-so-ever.
