This seems to have a strong resemblance to Magneto's prison in the X-Men movies, both from a physical and atmospheric point of view. For some reason, it makes me imagine that Kane looks so old because he's separated from his followers and can't draw on their strength.

Seriously, IMO this is one of the best Sci-Fi designs I've yet seen for a female Nod cleric. Kinda cool how it combines the plainness of a robe with Nod's cold, technocratic power.

IMO Gallagher's personality in this concept is a stark contrast to the one depicted in the 1st mission video. Here she looks very self-confident and aggressive/provocative while the video shows a strong yet unconfident personality, especially after Ricardo dismisses her dispute with the Nod operative.

It'd definitely be nice to know when (compared to the intro) this concept was made.

Actually it appears to be the ORCA Transport shown in the gameplay videos, as it is a sleek compact design like that Orca Transport in the video so I'm betting this is a research station of GDI's placed nearby the last Scrin Tower to monitor and study it. And as a nice double the research facility is in the most densely Tiberium rich Red Zone on the planet so doubles as a good station for furthering Tiberium research I would imagine. But it appears to be more of a relay station, perhaps monitoring the Tower to radio signals/transmissions and to monitor Energy readings as there are massive unknowns on the Tower for GDI I imagine they'd be watching it like a Hawk even after 11 years. Thou its possible they have become complacent in regards to the Tower and this has made it a good time for the Scrin to catch GDI by surprise with its Invasion force.

This mission is the Nod Covert Operation "Hostile Takeover". And judging from the fact the base seems to be completely revealed, and that there are two light tanks that are already deeper in the base at the right side, this is probably a two-pronged attack to take out the power plants. I think the GDI AI is pretty dead after their Advanced Guard Towers go offline :P

Bah. The dehumanized enemies are one of the bad points in this game. I want to look into their eyes before smashing a hollow point bullet through them :P

Woah... these two upper unit icons look awesome :)

Another odd thing here is that the civilian buildings have bibs... and the old bibs seem to be actual terrain tiles rather than a sprite put over the terrain... you see it eats away a piece of the road. That tile is actually still in C&C, but unused.

it's not a suitcase...the white dots are simply some lines of the selection frame of the infantry unit above them.

I've seen that building's equivilent in Twars, s'ept it's GDIm and for the little things on the roof, those dish things look nod like.

Is it just me or is the mask really a tad too big? It seems to be slightly off-centered (rotated towards his right [visible] eye) and to overlap his left cheek, unlike the TS mask which appeared to perfectly fit his head.

Kucan himself looks awesome in this shot though. With the dark lighting of the scene, his facial features/expression have a much darker, serious effect than in some of the over lit TW scenes.
