This concept shows a complete Scrin Tower, however I dont think this is of the Scrin Tower in Tiberium... because this appears to be a fully standing undamaged city which would suggest this Scrin Tower was constructed inside a Blue Zone which makes no sense as they are only constructed in Red Zones.
So for that I can only surmise that this city is Miles away from the Tower and the Tower is just so massive its a mere backdrop many many miles away from the city because the Tower that completed construction in Tiberium Wars was based in Italy the most advanced and mutated Red Zone on the planet being where Tiberium first landed. GDI call it Tower Omega, Scrin call it Threshold 19
