The image was titled stasis.jpg so I imagine Statis chambers are the best things to call these, this isnt a screenshot from the FMV's but is instead a good quality render Eric Gooch put together of the scene. Not 100% certain on the method used to key in all the people in this scene however. But it is a really nice render from the end of Firestorm Nod Campaign where its revealed Cabal still indeed lives and has somehow absorbed Kane into his matrix.
All these other statis pods we are seeing are people that form the collective conciousness of CABAL, as Cabal is a Cyborg himself
