This is the GDI Juggernaut for Scorpion’s Revenge. The Juggernaut is GDI's latest toy releasing they needed some long range defense and offense the Juggernaut is much like Nod's Artillery unit but. It shoots 3 shots at a time making it much more powerful its drawbacks are not all 3 shots will hit there target and it has a shorter range then Nods Artillery unit but it is still very useful. We have it here in 3 different views thanks to OS Voxel Viewer and an ingame screenshot.
