A concept by TJ from his C&C Generals concept section but is actually a TT concept.
Some sort of CABAL Flying Machine Wasp which looks like something from the Matrix. It can fold up into an armored ball and surprise the enemy. The soldier featured may be a Nod Soldier but could be GDI also, I can't be sure. The Flying Wasp also looks to have a minigun or some interesting weapon built into its stinger.
