Some sort of Brute-like Mutant for Nod. He obviously has incredibly high levels of Tiberium mutation on his arms. This guy has gotta be incredibly powerful against infantry and tanks. He seems a lot like the Brute unit from Yuri's Revenge.

The guy on the bottom right appears to be clutching some toxins or explosives that are very dear to him. Heh.
